Springwell is seeking a full-time AP Accountant to be an integral member of a Finance Team within a growing agency!
The compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Perform a variety of functions related to record keeping, billing, data entry and accounts payable.
- Report to the accounting manager and assist with general ledger activities while helping to streamline accounting practices.
- Perform month-end tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, process invoices, coordinate payments, prepare schedules, and provide backup for year-end audit.
- Manage petty cash, credit, and debit cards.
- Possess a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priories in a fast paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or General Ledger experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' accounting experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work style.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
