Here’s where you come in...

  • Transaction Verification: Ensure all transactions comply with the company’s financial policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and integrity across records.
  • Payables Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts payable-related matters, addressing internal and external queries.
  • Project Accounting: Collaborate with project teams on Work in Progress (WIP) analysis, tracking project costs, and expenses to support accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Wrap: Participate in the project wrap process by reconciling final project costs, ensuring that all payables related to project completion are accounted for, and contributing to financial closeout documentation.
  • Payables & Documentation: Process vendor invoices, track and verify payment terms, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers. Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents, including vendor invoices, payment receipts, and purchase orders. Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts payable and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Vendor Payment Management: Actively correspond with vendors and suppliers to resolve any outstanding payments, ensuring adherence to the company’s payment policies and timelines. Monitor and follow up on overdue payables to maintain positive supplier relationships and avoid disruptions in service or supply.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and Project Management, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure all payments and project accounting cadences are met.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support as needed, contributing to various finance and accounting projects as required

  • 2+ years of working experience in the Finance Department, preferably with exposure in Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Positive working attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Have an eye on details
  • Advertising/marketing background will be an advantage but not required
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and NetSuite preferred.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Diverse communicator to all levels within the organization
