Job Description:

Summary:
Systematically manage the AOI system to achieve good machine performance and production yield.
系统化管理AOI系统让其达到良好的状态和生产良率。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.    Works with AOI vendor to develop the customized AOI handler/kits;
和AOI供应商合作完成客制化AOI分选机/转换套件的开发。
b.    Discuss with engineering team and AOI vendor to define new AOI test item and algorithm;
和工程部门以及AOI供应商制定新的AOI测试项目和原理。
c.    Create and manage AOI recipes for new products systematically;
为新产品系统化的创建和管理AOI配方文件。
d.    Dispose the held lots and analysis production AOI yield loss, take actions to improve the AOI yield;
处理扣留的批次以及分析生产AOI良率损失，采取相应行动提高AOI良率。
e.    Reduce the invalid AOI yield loss by hardware upgrading, specification upgrading or AOI algorithm optimizing;
通过升级AOI硬件，标准或优化检测逻辑降低非有效性的AOI良率损失。
f.    Lead team to collect and analyze the issue data, design experiment to verify and come up with the solution;
带领团队对问题进行数据收集、数据分析、设计实验进行验证，并提出解决方案。
g.    AOI management system maintenance(Data uploading/collecting/analyzing, recipe documentation/synchronization);
AOI管理系统的维护（数据上传/收集/分析，配方文件的文档化/同步）。
h.    AOI troubleshooting, conversion and preventive maintenance;
AOI的问题处理，转换，预防性维护。
i.    Turnkey house AOI management(inspection implement, yield monitoring);
代工厂AOI管理（检测项的执行，良率的跟踪）
j.    Customer return investigation;
客退产品的分析。
k.    Summarize experience of AOI maintenance and prepare PPT for training;
总结AOI的维护经验并提高培训PPT。
l.    Survey in the market for new AOI solutions;
在市场上调研新的AOI解决方案。

REQUIREMENTS:
1.    Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years related experience.
本科及以上学历，3年+工作经验。
2.    Familiar with electrical concepts, mechinical concepts, computing concepts, optical imaging concept and etc.
熟悉电路原理，机械原理，计算机原理，光学成像原理等。
3.    Have working experience in semiconductor industry, especially have the experience for AOI operation and maintenance.
具有半导体行业共工作经验，尤其是AOI的操作和维护经验。
4.    Have project management experience or process management experience. 
具有项目管理经验或工艺管理经验。
5.    Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
良好的沟通能力以及问题解决能力。
6.    Good English communication skills.
良好的英语沟通能力。
7.    Good Microsoft Office Skill(Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
良好的Office办公软件使用能力。
8.    Familiar with Visual Studio.
熟悉Visual Studio软件。
