Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in antitrust law, specifically in merger-related investigations and litigation, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing and preparing HSR filings. - JD from an accredited law school
- Currently employed at a BIGLAW Am Law 100–200 firm
- Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory matters
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
