As an Ansible Automation Engineer, you will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Core, roles, collections, and Jinja2 templating.
  • Administer and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AWX/Tower), including upgrades, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Git, code reviews, linting, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and support Linux systems, including administration, networking basics, and security.
  • Work with container technologies such as Docker/Podman and handle execution environments and image management.
  • Integrate automation solutions with tools like CyberArk, cloud platforms, and ITSM systems.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4-7 years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Core and Automation Platform (AWX/Tower).
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker/Podman).
  • Exposure to integrations with CyberArk, cloud providers, or ITSM tools.
  • Familiarity with Python for automation and module development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security best practices such as RBAC, secrets management, and compliance automation.
