Für die Herstellung von PET-Granulat, das zur Produktion von Lebensmittelverpackungen verwendet wird, suchen wir am Standort Schkopau mehrere Anlagenfahrer:innen für den vollkontinuierlichen Schichtdienst. Verantwortlichkeiten
- Gemeinsam mit ihrem Team sind Sie verantwortlich für die sichere Steuerung der Anlagen sowohl von der Messwarte aus als auch im Außenbereich.
- Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Anlagenprozessen sowie der Analyse der Prozessverläufe.
- Sie identifizieren auftretende Fehler und beseitigen Störungen.
- Bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von geplanten Anlagenabstellungen und der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung bringen Sie sich aktiv ein.
Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer chemisch-technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Chemikant, Mechatroniker oder Anlagenmechaniker).
- Gutes Verständnis physikalisch-chemischer und prozesstechnischer Zusammenhänge sowie chemischer Technologien.
- Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen der Großindustrie im Schichtbetrieb.
- Kenntnisse in der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung.
- Körperliche Fitness, inkl. G26.3- und Schichttauglichkeit.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Brandschutz oder Engagement in der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr.
- Staplerschein oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben.
