We are seeking caring, energetic individuals to join our Before & After School Program team serving children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. This is a great opportunity for college students, empty nesters, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work that creates a lasting impact.

In this role, you will:- Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for school-age children
- Set up, organize, and maintain the classroom and activity spaces
- Facilitate games, enrichment activities, crafts, and group experiences
- Encourage positive social interactions and support emotional growth
- Foster learning through creativity, exploration, and relationship-building
- Support children’s independence, confidence, and success
- Partner with team members to provide a high-quality experience for children and families
- Enjoys spending time with children and helping them thrive
- Is dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Brings energy, patience, and creativity to each day
- Communicates well with children, families, and coworkers
- Believes every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and encouraged
- Meets the basic requirements of a local child care regulatory agency.

Location: West Clermont Schools in Clermont County. Location will vary between Amelia, Clough, Merwin, Summerside, Willowville, and WT
Hours: Seasonal, 6:30am-8:20/9:20am and/or 2:30/3:30-6pm
We follow the West Clermont School District schedule for breaks, holidays, etc...
(This position will have orientation on July 27th-29th. And you will tentatively begin normal working hours on August 12th.)
Hourly Rate: $16/hour

Degree Required: High School Diploma, Driver's license and reliable vehicle, must register with OCCRRA upon hire.

Child Focus, Inc. is a Cincinnati-based nonprofit delivering early childhood education and behavioral health services, including Head Start, day treatment, outpatient therapy, crisis intervention and foster care. The organization partners with schools, courts and community agencies to provide trauma-informed care, telehealth and family support programs, serving over 20,000 children, families and adults annually to improve wellbeing and school readiness.
