Provide classroom support in a Head Start early childhood classroom: set up and maintain learning environment, engage with children, foster social-emotional and creative development, support safety and daily routines, and collaborate with team and families following the school-year schedule.

Provides front-office administrative support for mental health therapists and case managers. Responsibilities include tracking clinical paperwork, managing HIPAA-compliant client information requests, answering phones, entering EHR data, opening and closing charts, scanning documents, verifying Medicaid billing information, maintaining admissions and termination records, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting clients and families.

Provides school-based mental health case management and prevention services for youth and families. Responsibilities include individual and group behavioral health and substance use disorder services, treatment planning, connecting clients with community resources, and collaborating with school and community professionals. Services occur primarily in schools, with occasional home and community visits.

Support participants in a Work Readiness Program by identifying strengths, interests, and skills; developing individualized education and career plans; tracking progress; building supportive relationships; and connecting individuals with community resources, training, education, and employment opportunities.

Supervises a youth mobile crisis team by providing clinical oversight, coaching, training, quality assurance, documentation review, compliance monitoring, staffing support, and direct crisis intervention when needed. The role collaborates with crisis-service leadership to improve service quality, support staff development, and maintain regulatory standards.

Support an Early Head Start classroom (ages 6 weeks–3 years) by setting up and maintaining the room, engaging children, fostering learning and safety, working with staff and families, and meeting local child care regulatory requirements.

Provide on-call substitute classroom support for Early Head Start/Head Start across Clermont County: set up and maintain classrooms, engage children, foster learning and safety, work cooperatively with staff, and follow childcare regulations. Must pass background check, physical and drug screen, and have reliable transportation.
