Vi søker etter en Anbuds- og Produktspesialist som skal jobbe med anbud og produktutvelgelse til anbud for offentlige og private kunder. Du vil jobbe i vår anbudsgruppe og bli en del av vår QTPS avdeling med 9 personer som jobber med anbud, tilbud og produktsupport. Stillingen er på vårt hovedkontor i Oslo med mulighet for 2 dager hjemmekontor pr uke.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Overvåke anbudsplattformer for relevante utlysninger
• Koordinere og delta i arbeidet med produktutvelgelse i anbud, samt utarbeide svar på kravspesifikasjoner og fremskaffe dokumentasjon
• Kontakt med leverandører i forbindelse med anbudsrelaterte spørsmål
• Klargjøre og sende ut vareprøver i forbindelse med anbud
• Produktsupport til kunder og kolleger
• Opprettholde bred kunnskap om Avantors produktspekter
• Hold CRM oppdatert med anbudsfremgang og resultater
• Delta aktivt i prosjekter

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Fagbrev eller Bachelorgrad i naturvitenskaplige fag
• Bred erfaring fra laboratoriearbeid eller lang erfaring innen salg av laboratorieutstyr
• Erfaring med anbudsarbeid vil være positivt
• God muntlig og skriftlig fremstillingsevne både på norsk og engelsk
• Generelt gode IT-kunnskaper, sterke ferdigheter i MS Excel vil bli vektlagt
