Analytics Technical Lead (Adobe Analytics)

Job Description

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. 

Accountabilities

• Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.

• Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.

• Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.

• Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.

• Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.

• Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.

To be successful as an Analytics Technical Lead (Adobe Analytics) you should have experience with:

• Delivering Adobe Analytics solutions.

• Tracking and tagging for measurement of user behavior and user journeys.

• Designing and implementing Adobe Analytics Event-Driven Data Layer (EDDL) and Adobe Launch.

• Knowledge and awareness of Web SDK.

• JavaScript / jQuery skills (in the context of web analytics tracking and tag management platforms)

• Implementing Adobe Analytics and contributing to the discovery, design and test phases.

• Reporting data using Adobe Workspaces.

• Working with product teams to define reports, wireframing and prototyping based on requirements. 

• Analyzing and providing insights based on the data shown on Adobe Analytics reports/dashboards.

• Ability to gather and provide test scenarios based on requirements.

• Ability to identify change in requirements vs delivery misses and troubleshooting the same.

• Expert to provide solution design for data tagging and Adobe Analytics implementation. Creating Technical specification documentation (TSD).

• Logical thinker with strong attention to detail

• Strategic thinker with excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and technical knowledge.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Prior Payments/Banking domain experience

• Knowledge of any BI Tools such as Tableau/PowerBI is desirable.

• Experience in Front End Technologies like JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3 & Basic Angular; will be an advantage.

This role is based out of Pune.
