Your daily pitch

The goal of this role? To keep our data game strong and help the team make winning moves! You’ll be the playmaker behind our business intelligence tools — maintaining, improving, and evolving the reporting systems that drive our data-driven decisions. Working closely with the Insights & Analytics team, you’ll deliver top-quality dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy and accessibility, and make sure every number on the board counts. Your playing field: 

• Build, enhance, and maintain our BI dashboards (Tableau, Domo, etc.) 
• Keep our datasets, reports, and governance frameworks in top shape to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting solutions.
• Manage the orchestration processes — scheduling, automating, and monitoring reports to keep our data flowing smoothly.
• Be the coach for our business users and analysts, offering technical support and training so they can master self-service analytics.
• Team up with the Team Lead and key players across the business to ensure our data quality, security, and accessibility are always match-ready.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests — delivering quick, accurate insights to support our operational and financial game plans.
• Continuously improve our analytics playbook, documenting processes and identifying ways to boost efficiency and performance.

As part of the role, you’ll join a rotation once or twice per month to cover weekend reporting — working 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday (8:00–12:00). Your contribution during these shifts keeps our operations running smoothly even on match days!

Which skills you should bring to the pitch: 

• Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related area.
• Tools. Knowledge of a BI visualisation tool is crucial. Tableau is preferred, but experience with other tools is also valuable. Strong SQL knowledge is essential for this role — it’s how you’ll help us keep our data game strong.
• Attitude. A true team player and excellent collaborator, able to communicate effectively and translate technical concepts into clear, simple terms for different stakeholders.
• Language. As English is our main language, full fluency is crucial.
