Job summary:
As an Analytics Solutions Associate in Prime Financial Services, you will be responsible for offering a full spectrum of services cross-asset class financing, including portfolios of Cash Securities, Fixed income, Synthetics, Securities Lending and Bespoke Financing solutions across the Prime Brokerage business. You will execute the full Onboarding, monitoring of the Trade Life Cycle, Trade Reporting and provide a top tier Client Service to our Internal & External clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prime Prematching team of business-aligned support teams to follow up on any unmatched or failed trades for clients trading across markets.
- Ensure supporting all Pre-matching & Fails management related activity and perform all BAU related activities (Pre-matching) in accordance with agreed SLA.
- Collaborate with various internal and external counterparts and maintain stringent controls in daily trade matching activities across various markets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client service strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the Client Service team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring that client inquiries, issues, and requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as an escalation point for critical issues and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client experience.
- Monitor and analyze client service metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in client service processes, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client service performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership, and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in client service to maintain a competitive edge.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Operations
- Min 7 years of experience in in reconciliation team to have good understanding of in Pre-matching, Settlements, Fails management, payments, break management
- Managing 5+ team member for minimum 2 years
- Sound knowledge of intelligent automation toolkit: Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Xceptor
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Extensive experience in client service or customer support, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
