As a Client Analytics Solutions - Associate in the Wholesale KYC team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering strategic data solutions for our global stakeholders in Corporate Functions and all lines of business. Demonstrating innovation, diligence & data domain knowledge, you will take ownership of delivering solutions to some of our most complex challenges in tackling financial crime. Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with Consumers to define new Use Cases for leveraging the data owned by the group; preparing, reviewing and concluding requirements elicitation sessions and gathering approvals through the relevant business stakeholders
- Coordinates with Line of Business Leads, Reference Data Domain Leads and Functional Domain SMEs to understand data capabilities, current state solutions and assess the ability to deliver strategic solutions
- Communicates requirements to our Technology partners, providing clarifications and prioritization, to ensure on-time delivery for our customers
- Prototypes new Analytics to provide value-add insights to our businesses and partner with Analytic Operations to productionize
- Acts as a subject matter expert on the KYC data environment; assisting various teams with ad-hoc requests & advising on appropriate use of data, as well as the controls required to protect it
- Facilitates identification and remediation of data quality issues and data sourcing gaps, quantifying impacts, and providing inputs on appropriate prioritization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Financial Services experience
- Analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Experience in the requirements gathering and documentation process
- Experience with Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience as a Business or Data Analyst
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Alteryx, Signavio
- Knowledge of KYC, AML & Data Governance
