In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and/or managers to enhance business management and execute on key initiatives and processes
- Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results oriented intelligence that support the business
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation
- Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of team to develop policies, approval or denial strategies, business line assignment methods, collections, and recovery strategies
- Interpret and develop compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives for external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 17+ years of Software Engineering experience, with 5+ years working with AIML/ Gen AI/ LLM / Cloud/ On-prem and a proven track record of delivering multi AIML/Gen AI programs at an enterprise scale.
- 5+ years of Product management experience in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Strong leadership experience in coordinating and leading the project / scrum teams.
- Preferably prior management experience in Banking
- Ability to deliver & engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership & accountability in a matrix structure.
- Delivery focus and willingness to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Experience with AIML/ Gen AI/ LLM / Cloud/ On-prem enterprise
- Location - Bengaluru and will be required to work in the office as per organizations In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO)
- Experience in providing thought-leadership, expertise to formulate and execute on major strategies to develop/deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Exposure to Cloud and its service offerings, including automation, orchestration, trends and industry-leading cloud vendor offerings.
- Good Exposure to Gen AI Frameworks.
- High level understanding and exposure to LLMs
- Drive innovative solutions for the cloud product areas/products and contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of cloud services
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder influencing and negotiation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them
- Experience and passion to hire high performing diverse talents and ability to retain them, ensuring their career growth
- Curiosity to learn new technologies, an ability to self-start and the discipline to prioritize while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
