Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will:
Quantify and measure the success of marketing and advertising executions, transforming data into insights that enable MFG teams to improve and innovate the work delivered to clients.
Manage the full marketing data lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and validation.
Analyze advertising campaign performance and communicate actionable insights generated through data analysis.
Share analytical communication and data storytelling best practices with internal teams.
Build knowledge across different practices to tailor insights and recommendations to specific business and client needs.
Support the broader Analytics team in implementing and maintaining measurement tools and solutions.
Transform complex data into clear and visually compelling presentations.
Proactively identify and resolve program and project issues, escalating them appropriately when necessary.
Stay current on MFG’s product offerings and understand how they influence analytics and measurement.
Support occasional communication with vendors and clients.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent professional experience.
C1 English proficiency or equivalent, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional environments.
2+ years of professional experience in a marketing analytics-based role.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with professional experience using Google Workspace required.
Experience or exposure to the measurement of both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to remain highly organized and efficient while working under pressure.
A natural affinity for numbers and data, with a passion for using data to solve business problems.
Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT is a plus.
Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python is a plus.
