Job Description
Analytics Product Specialist position at FactSet is a subject matter expert in FactSet's Analytics suite, tasked with delivering high-value projects and engagements to provide excellent client solutions. They are primarily responsible for resolving client requests on advanced analytics projects, serving as solution advisor for our users, acting as analytics experts internally, and a key contributor to raise product awareness & drive product development.
Successful candidate will receive comprehensive training of our products & client workflows, and be well-supported throughout their career progression. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and commercial awareness are also essential. We pride ourselves in being client-obsessed and intelligent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for retaining and expanding the Analytics book of business
- Act as technical subject matter expert in our solutions and develop in-depth knowledge of our product suite
- Execute solutions optimizations & engineering of client's analytics workflows
- Execution on project-based engagements such as analytics implementations per internal or external requirements
- Improving client health by monitoring usage, understanding account strategy, contributing to business planning & execution
- Collaborating, training, and supporting internal stakeholders, including Client Consulting, Product Development, and Sales
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance industry, current market trends and economic factors in order to maintain competitive edge and form client solutions strategies
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Data-savvy, technical acumen and analytical problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility/Adaptability/Managing Multiple Priorities
- Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and a strong sense of initiative
- Working knowledge of Investment Management workflows
- Knowledge of financial industry preferred - CFA chartered holder is an advantage
- Proficiency with, or a desire to learn Python
