Job Description

The Analytics Product Manager – Logistics Analytics is part of the Digital Technology (DT) organization within GE Vernova Data Analytics Organization. This role is accountable for defining and delivering data and analytics outcomes for the Logistics function, with selective support for Sourcing analytics.

As the product leader for enterprise Logistics analytics, this role translates business priorities into scalable data and analytics solutions. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, DT teams, data engineering, visualization, and AI/ML/GenAI teams to deliver trusted dashboards, reports, data products, and KPI frameworks that enable informed decision-making.

This role also partners with other domain analytics product managers to align on shared metrics and deliver cross-functional Logistics KPIs. In addition, the role is responsible for prioritization, resource planning, program execution, vendor management, and financial stewardship across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for enterprise Logistics analytics aligned to business priorities across Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.

  • Deliver analytics outcomes primarily for Logistics, with selective support for Sourcing-related initiatives.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate needs into actionable use cases, MVPs, and release plans.

  • Collaborate with other domain analytics product managers to align KPI definitions, manage dependencies, and deliver cross-functional metrics.

  • Lead delivery of scalable analytics products, including dashboards, reports, and data models, in partnership with Data Engineers, Visualization Engineers, and other DT teams.

  • Drive development of an enterprise Logistics data foundation integrating multiple source systems across all GE Vernova business units.

  • Assess source applications and data models to determine data quality, availability, and suitability for analytics use cases.

  • Partner with AI/ML/GenAI teams to identify and enable advanced analytics opportunities that improve business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with business units, source system SMEs, and enterprise data teams to establish scalable, sustainable analytics solutions.

  • Ensure data governance, quality, metric consistency, and alignment of business definitions across analytics deliverables.

  • Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Own prioritization, resource planning, program execution, vendor management, and financial oversight for the portfolio in scope.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Product Management & Product Manager. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

  •   Experience in analytics product management, data and analytics delivery, digital product management, or a related domain.

  • Technical experience with demonstrated leadership credentials across disciplines and functions.

  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions at enterprise scale.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams including data engineering, reporting/visualization, and business teams.

  • Strong understanding of source systems, enterprise data structures, and analytics data models.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,400.00 and $153,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
