Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents and user queries related to archiving tools and platform.
• Continuously monitor platform performance, maintain infrastructure, and execute upgrades to ensure stability.
• Manage support tickets, provide 1st or 2nd level support, and coordinate with work with cross-functional teams on critical issues.
• Assist in data engineering tasks, including data processing, transformation, and integration.
• Use tools, scripting (e.g., Python), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate routine maintenance and deployments.
• Create knowledge base articles, document procedures, and collaborate with product teams to improve functionality.
• Manage user permissions, settings, and integrations to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
• Develop a strong foundation in data engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and network protocols
• Knowledge of different content and data management applications such as OpenText, Jivs, Docuware, Abbyy, Records Manager, KGS.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiencies in data engineering tools and technologies
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to update users and stakeholders
Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or AWS Certified Data Analytics a plus
• Environment is fast-paced, often involving on-call duties to address urgent issues.
