This role will work closely with Sales and Insurance Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that enhance sales productivity, funnel efficiency, and customer conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can move seamlessly between data analysis, business consulting, and executive communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify key drivers of sales performance and define metrics that measure effectiveness and conversion across channels and segments.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on sales funnel dynamics, rep performance, pricing and offer effectiveness, and customer conversion levers.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in Tableau or similar tools to track performance against KPIs.

• Translate data into actionable strategies that inform sales enablement, marketing alignment, and customer experience improvements.

• Support A/B testing and initiative tracking to assess impact and ROI.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure scalable and accurate data infrastructure to support analytics needs.

• Deliver concise, impactful presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executives and sales leadership.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing reporting and analysis frameworks to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or Engineering).

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence roles — preferably within sales analytics, revenue operations, or related areas in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

• Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or similar) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.

• Strong business and strategic thinking — able to move from data to insight to action.

• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to translate findings into business recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in conveying complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven or lending environment, with understanding of lead management, conversion funnels, and sales productivity metrics.

• Familiarity with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing attribution concepts.

• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, or AWS.

• Background in consulting or strategic analytics, especially in driving data-backed go-to-market or performance improvement initiatives.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

• Business Acumen: Understands sales processes, growth levers, and strategic tradeoffs.

• Data Visualization: Designs compelling dashboards and visual stories that influence decisions.

• Communication: Clearly articulates data findings and recommendations to senior audiences.

• Execution & Accountability: Takes ownership of deliverables and drives measurable impact.
