Manages corporate IT infrastructure and Vonage telephony, including servers, endpoints, networks, cloud services, identity systems, security controls, compliance documentation, and office technology. Provides Tier 1–3 support, administers call routing and VoIP integrations, monitors network and voice quality, manages assets and vendors, and supports AWS environments, disaster recovery, and infrastructure audits.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to East Coast leaders, leading employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations. Analyzes HR data, coaches managers, supports investigations and conflict resolution, and partners with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams on workforce priorities and people programs.

Provides administrative and reception support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars, processing mail, preparing correspondence and invoices, maintaining filing systems, handling bookkeeping, coordinating maintenance requests, and ordering office supplies. Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and supports departments with general office needs in an onsite, full-time environment.

Develop and maintain backend APIs and server-side logic using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js. Integrate front-end elements and third-party APIs, collaborate with product, design, vendors, and engineering teams, and document code and APIs. The role also delivers infrastructure projects to production, supports microservices architecture, and deploys software in AWS for a digital lending platform.

Lead QA efforts across UI, services/APIs, and data layers. Create and execute test plans (manual and automated), perform functional/regression/integration/end-to-end testing, build/maintain Playwright automation, validate AWS backend services, track defects, and collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
