Translates business objectives into detailed technical requirements, user stories, data flows, API specifications, and system documentation. Partners with engineering on solution design, feasibility, architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs. Supports Agile delivery, QA, UAT, risk identification, and process improvement while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products and systems.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle metrics, and portfolio performance for SMB financing products across brands and platforms. Drives AI adoption, prioritization frameworks, measurable customer and business outcomes, and cross-functional alignment across technology, data, finance, sales, operations, marketing, risk, and customer experience. Establishes product planning standards, evaluates ROI and adoption, and serves as a strategic partner to executive and technology leaders.

Lead analytics effort to collect, clean, integrate, analyze data and build/monitor predictive models (including recommendation systems). Partner with stakeholders, mentor data scientists, perform EDA, root cause analysis, and consult on analytics-driven strategies.

Lead creation and execution of FairSquare's procurement function: design workflows, negotiate and manage vendor contracts, coordinate cross-functional reviews (Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, Finance), maintain vendor portfolio and renewals, and implement procurement policies and cost-saving strategies.

Lead QA efforts across UI, services/APIs, and data layers. Create and execute test plans (manual and automated), perform functional/regression/integration/end-to-end testing, build/maintain Playwright automation, validate AWS backend services, track defects, and collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
