As the Analytics Manager you will be leading a team of Analysts to execute strategic Analytics projects and drive the capability build for Data & Analytics. The role supports the business to provide an unparalleled member experience by supporting and enabling a data driven culture.
What will you be doing?
- Leading the planning and development of change initiatives within the Data Team and formalising strategy documentation to ensure business requirements are met.
- Facilitating the technical development of Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts to support capability growth and ongoing career development.
- Providing advice and SME contributions for data analytics capability initiatives throughout the business.
- Ensuring stakeholder management and communication plans achieve the impact required for successful project outcomes and coaching relevant stakeholders to achieve scheduled activity.
- Managing and escalating risks and issues in line with internal processes and applying project governance and compliance processes for Data Analytics projects.
- Creating and contributing to engaged and empowered teams while building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver shared outcomes.
- Managing and optimising financial outcomes for the area of accountability and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager.
What are we looking for in you?
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts and data business information experts.
- Significant experience in data management practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Exceptional business analysis skills, with a good understanding of how technology can enable and improve the management of data.
- Proficiency in advising and consulting with various business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A tertiary qualifications in a quantitative field such as, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field; and post-graduate qualifications in a related field are desirable.
