Job Description

A&I managers in P&G leads and improves analytical programs and presents the results of the business unit/category/region leaders. Analyzes the variable granular data of the business and regularly uses advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains. With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts. Demonstrates use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from mountains of data. Collaborates with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.

Job Qualifications
•Bachelors or Master’s degree in quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
•Experience using analytics techniques (AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics) to tackle defined business problems.
•Ability to demonstrate, translate, and communicate sophisticated data into simple conclusions and business actions.
•Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights.
•Strong collaborator and thought leader with a growth mindset and ability to influence decisions.
•Data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar.
•Strong technical aptitude in Python/R or similar.
•Self-motivated to work with diverse business scenarios, prioritizing multiple priorities, and have a business and consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy, and passionate about discovering new/innovative ways of doing things.
