Summary:
In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of product tool(s) and solution(s) from gathering requirements, creation, maintenance, and quality assurance across multiple domains to develop high-quality automated analytics products.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and translate them into user stories, with minimal guidance.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and understand current business processes, partnering with other team members.
Develop and maintain product backlog(s) and implement requirements traceability from user stories to product features.
Develop logical and physical models to support scalable architecture (e.g., used to build out a data warehouse).
Evaluate physical data models to ensure they align to the corresponding logical data models.
Create packages for use in ETL and utilize technologies (e.g., Automic) to schedule packages.
Participate in architecture, design, and visualization sessions to guide solution development.
Ensure requested solutions are available in the technology stack (e.g., if someone requests a waterfall chart, can it be built using our technology) by understanding visualization options within the technical product being used.
Develop test plans, conduct system regression testing, and use SQL to validate analytic outputs.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve product inconsistencies to maintain solution integrity.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering a plus.
2 or more years of relevant data analysis experience required.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data transformation languages preferred.
Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
