We're seeking a talented Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Product Data Team and collaborate with Data Analysts, Developers, and Data Scientists, in implementing a Data Mesh architecture that will enable our domains to access trusted data to unlock business opportunities easily.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to generate new data products and improvements to existing ones in a Data Mesh environment.
- Continuously engaging with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to gain an understanding of the problems that need to be solved, gathering requirements, and defining the best deliverables to match the business needs.
- Working hand-in-hand with developers to create and capture data that aligns with business logic, enabling powerful modeling and analysis.
- Designing and building data quality monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Performing data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in resolving them.
- Establishing and maintaining the definitive source of truth for key performance indicators, empowering strategic decisions across all domains.
- Working towards the creation of an environment where self-service capabilities are available and data can be accessible by everyone.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You have curiosity in your essence, aligned with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in working in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations.
- Expert level of SQL (especially SparkSQL) and experience in building data pipelines is a core requirement.
- You have advanced knowledge of at least one programming language and are happy to learn more. Our core language is Python.
- Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience in solving highly challenging problems.
- Experience in working with data visualization tools (e.g.Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, Kafka).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with AWS, Hive, Spark, Trino, Databricks, and Airflow is helpful.
