As an Analytics Engineer focused on Marketing & Growth, you will architect the systems and definitions that govern how every Euro of marketing spend is measured, audited, and optimized. You will design and own PERGOLUX’s Marketing Single Source of Truth, enabling our Performance Marketing teams to understand what truly drives acquisition and scale efficiently. In this high-impact role, you will join a lean, senior data team working on mission-critical projects in a fast-growing, design-driven environment rooted in integrity, innovation, and unity.
Build and own the Marketing Single Source of Truth, defining CAC, ROAS, cohorts, and key performance metrics with clarity, consistency, and auditability.
Develop a Campaign ROI Engine that enables accurate budget allocation and informs headcount decisions across marketing channels.
Design full-funnel data infrastructure to track lead velocity from click to close, supporting revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Implement foundational schemas and models required for attribution, ensuring future support for Multi-Touch Attribution and advanced tracking.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to retire manual reporting processes, automate performance insights, and drive smarter decision-making.
A strong ownership mindset, confidently challenging requests that create ambiguity, technical debt, or low business value.
Expert proficiency in SQL, dbt, data modeling, and building durable, modular systems that scale.
Deep familiarity with marketing concepts—including ROAS, CPA, MER, attribution logic, CRM structures, and channel mechanics.
