We’re seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to empower our data operations and support key business insights across analytics and data platforms.
Role OverviewAs an Analytics Engineer you will be instrumental in shaping our analytics ecosystem — transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing customer data platforms, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including analytics, product, and engineering teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable analytics data models and pipelines.
Write complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data validation.
Configure and manage Hightouch syncs for Customer Data Platform use cases.
Work with Snowflake for data modeling, transformation, and performance optimization.
Partner with analytics stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
Support data quality, governance and documentation of analytics processes.
Help translate business use cases into technical requirements and data flows.
Advanced SQL proficiency — able to write optimized, production-ready queries.
Hands-on experience with Hightouch (or CDP tools) for data activation.
Solid experience with Snowflake (warehousing, schema design, performance).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Background as a Data Engineer with experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) or transformation frameworks (dbt).
Familiarity with analytics frameworks and customer data workflows.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to work overlapping hours with U.S. business hours (e.g., 10am–6pm EST or similar).
