ANALYTICS ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a full-time Analytics Enablement Specialist who will join the Analytics Enablement Team and help us make the world a better place through innovation, which means we’re taking risks and questioning conventional thinking, and developing new technologies and ways of doing business – leading the way, every single day.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done 

• Enable business users to create and maintain their own Power BI solutions
• Help manage and maintain Power BI environment
• Develop data solutions to drive business insights and meet requirements using Power BI
• Deliver Power BI user training to small groups, from beginner to advanced level
• Enhance and optimize existing Power BI solutions for better performance and usability
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides
• Act as a mentor for less experienced members of the team, providing technical guidance and support

Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack? 

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a data visualization role, using Power BI
• Extensive experience with Power BI Administration including managing workspaces, data gateways, security settings and tenant configurations
• Experience with Power BI Premium/Microsoft Fabric
• Strong troubleshooting skills to find and address performance issues with Power BI environment
• Proven track record as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Strong understanding of DAX and data modelling concepts
• Proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques
• Experience in developing and leading training sessions for end users, particularly for Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
