During our 10-week internship program, you will gain meaningful work experience and exposure to the nation's leading health care company, while exploring career paths in data science and analytics. You'll be placed on a team that aligns with your professional interests-whether that's developing predictive models, uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets, or driving data-informed decision-making-and will have the opportunity to influence recommendations presented to senior leadership. With the support of a dedicated mentor and manager, you'll tackle projects that are critical to the company's success. You'll be empowered to build relationships, contribute to innovation across the enterprise, and embrace a growth mindset. In addition, you'll participate in specialized training and curriculum designed to build foundational expertise in data science and analytics, preparing you to become a subject matter expert. This role will require you be in office 4 days a week and reside within a commutable distance of one of the following offices: Eden Prairie, MN, San Antonio, TX or Boston, MA
Program Details:
- Full-Time summer internship position working 40 standard business working hours
- Program Dates: Monday-Friday from June 2nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
- There will be no exception to any early or late date requests
- No early end date requests
- Program Locations: Boston, MA, San Antonio TX and Eden Prairie, MN
- The program reserves the right to assign locations based on office space availability
- A housing stipend will be provided for those who meet the eligibility requirement
- Team Alignment:
- Summer interns will receive information regarding placement process starting in late February 2026
- Team assignment & projects will be finalized in Spring 2026

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and big data tools
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support business decisions
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders
- Maintain and improve databases and reporting systems
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Support product development and performance analysis

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship
- Experience with analytics or data science through student clubs, personal projects or other forms of employment
- Must be willing to work in one of the following 3 locations: MN, TX or MA (Hybrid) for the duration of your internship
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed a college-level course in data analytics, data science, or computer science
- Experience with SQL, Azure, Spark, or big data tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx)
- Experience with data manipulation and efficient storage methods
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
