Summary:
The Analytics and Modeling Associate Manager analyzes business areas to generate financial insights, supports leadership with ad-hoc analysis, and shapes business requirements for new Finance applications and AI use cases. Trains and validates AI agents with the business knowledge needed to make their outputs trustworthy. Acts as the human-in-the-loop that keeps our AI products grounded in real Finance logic.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Partner with finance leadership to address high-priority business questions, delivering timely and high-impact financial insights that support executive decision-making
• Lead the development of clear, compelling financial narratives that translate complex analysis into actionable business outcomes
• Own the translation of business needs into structured, actionable requirements for applications, semantic models, and AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business intent
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure solutions deliver real business value and reflect actual finance needs
• Guide the training of AI agents and models by embedding finance domain expertise, and validating outputs against real financial logic and context
• Act as the human-in-the-loop authority, ensuring AI-driven insights are accurate, relevant, and trustworthy before reaching leadership
• Lead analysis of business performance to generate actionable, insight-driven recommendations
• Ensure analytical outputs are grounded in real-world finance logic and aligned with strategic priorities
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready storytelling
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure end-to-end business outcomes
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Finance, ideally within enterprise-scale, heterogeneous data environments
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to frame business problems and solve them through data-driven approaches
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced, project-driven environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking
- Ability to perform structured research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience working in iterative environments, continuously refining output based on feedback
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
