As a Data Science Intern you will be responsible for the requirement gathering, development and implementation of different analytics and data science initiatives in collaboration with other team members within the same business line. 

RSS is a global division with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Hungary, Costa Rica and Malaysia. What you’ll be working on

As a Data Science Intern, you will be expected to 

• Develop data science approaches in conjunction with other innovative technologies and design technical concepts, develop solutions, methods and algorithms in the areas of Analytics / Data Science

• Drive development of innovative digital solutions in collaboration with RSS and business customers

• Embrace new ways of working with fast iterations, lean documentation and planning, close alignment to our colleagues from business and IT and  close communication across global teams.

• Completed undergraduate studied (e.g., BSc) in technical field and currently pursuing graduate degree (e.g., MSc) or equivalent experience

• Business Experience from previous projects, internships, traineeships in at least one data-related field and at least one business-/customer-facing field

• Strong communication, networking skills, someone who enjoys working with others and acts as a team player.

• Strong customer centric, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to propose different solutions for the customers’ needs.

• Ability to translate analysis, concepts and ideas into convincing information and communication.

• English is a must, additional languages a plus.
