Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Analytical Scientist for providing technical support to the High Throughput Analytical Team (HTAT) and ensuring the implementation of high-quality analytical methods. You will lead initiatives related to new technology evaluation, introduction, and resolution of technical issues in product development. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing regulatory deficiencies, facilitating knowledge sharing, talent induction, and resolving general technical issues across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing technical support to the HPT analytical team in designing analytical methods, reviewing methods for quality and compliance, and assisting in the preparation of method development reports to ensure the implementation of high-quality analytical methods.
• You will be responsible for evaluating and introducing new analytical technologies to address technical issues in product development, perform proof of concept, and implement plans at IPDO to support HPT in utilizing techniques for issue resolution and improvement.
• You will be responsible for offering technical support to address regulatory deficiencies from various authorities, ensuring timely product approvals.
• You will be responsible for facilitating knowledge sharing through discussions, training sessions, and invited talks on analytical topics, promoting competence building in the analytical domain.
• You will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition and induction processes at IPDO to ensure the recruitment of quality personnel.
• You will be responsible for serving as an organizational technical expert to resolve technical issues based on domain knowledge, contributing to issue resolution for the organization's benefit.
• You will be responsible for providing analytical support to all IPDO verticals with assigned service level agreements (SLA) to enhance analytical productivity and ensure on-time product delivery. 

Qualifications

Educational qualification: M.Sc in Science/Chemistry/M-Pharm 
Minimum work experience: 1-3 years of Experience 
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

• Knowledge on analytical techniques like Dissolution testing, Related substances, content estimation (Assay, UOD, blend assay and uniformity). 
• Understand the techniques and processes used in Analytical research &Development (AR&D)
• Handling of dissolution apparatus for Tablets, capsules-USP Type-I, II & IV.
• Knowledge about the handling of instruments like High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Agilent and Waters, Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultra Violet (UV), Infra Red (IR), 
• Knowledge about the qualification and calibration of used in analytical techniques.
• Knowledge about Good Laboratory practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GDP).

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.
