Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Analytic Facilitator to develop training that will transform intelligence analysis. Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical information and tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer. We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission.
  • Prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom.
  • Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.
  • Meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products.
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and Training Development Capability (TDC).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Normal office environment.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
