La division résidentielle locative (Multirés, RPA et RPE) du bureau de Montréal recherche un(e) analyste principal(e) en immobilier ayant un minimum d’expérience pour l’assister dans diverses tâches dans la préparation de rapports d’évaluation et d’expertise, la gestion de dossiers et portefeuilles de taxation et le processus de négociation avec les évaluateurs municipaux. L’analyste principal(e) travaillera aussi dans des dossiers de litige et expropriation et assistera les conseillers dans diverses tâches de collecte et analyse de données du marché pour tous types de propriétés. 

Responsabilités clés

  • S’assurer, de manière proactive, que toutes les données nécessaires pour fournir des services d'évaluation et d'impôts fonciers soient obtenues en temps opportun.
  • Saisir rapidement, avec minutie et exactitude les documents/données ainsi recueillis dans les différents logiciels de gestion de base de données.
  • Aider à la préparation de rapports d'analyse ou de projets en utilisant des logiciels standards de l’industrie tels qu’Excel, Word, Access, Altus Tools ou autres.
  • Effectuer des recherches et des cueillettes de renseignements à la fois dans la base de données interne et de sources externes sur les évaluations municipales, les comptes de taxes, les taux de location du marché, les transactions de propriétés comparables et l’information générale du marché immobilier.
  • Améliorer, de façon continue, le niveau de connaissance des pratiques d'évaluation foncière, de la fiscalité, des procédures et de la législation.
  • Participer à la gestion des dossiers et des comptes de taxe concernant les portefeuilles immobiliers.
  • Travail d’équipe et collaboration: travailler de concert avec les membres de l’équipe partout à travers le pays afin d’agir à titre de personne contact de premier plan effectuant la liaison entre les différents intervenants impliqués dans les dossiers sous sa responsabilité.

Compétences clés

  • Diplôme collégial universitaire dans le domaine de l'immobilier, architecture, urbanisme ou dans un domaine relatif.
  • Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office
  • Avoir une facilité de lecture de plans ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance du domaine de la construction
  • Être capable de travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante
  • Être capable de respecter des échéanciers serrés
  • Être enthousiaste avec un degré élevé d’intégrité, d’honnêteté et d’éthique
  • Avoir des habiletés dans la gestion, la planification et l’organisation de projets
