Sommaire du poste:Sous la supervision du directeur du planning, approvisionnement, logistique et ordonnancement, l’Analyste planification MPS prépare des scénarios de planification de production réalisables pour l'assemblage en prévoyant les pièces internes, les matériaux associés, et en tenant compte des capacités des ressources (effectifs : opérateurs et employés, machines, matériaux).
Vos défis:
Dans ce rôle, l’Analyste planification MPS aura en charge de :
Contribuer, diriger et animer la routine hebdomadaire à court terme
Analyser et assurer le respect du plan de production
Élaborer le planning de production et, si nécessaire, un plan de reprise d'activité, en tenant compte des impacts sur les besoins en capacité (effectifs/machines/outillage stratégique/gabarits), les dates de livraison, la marge de production finale et des partenaires de production
Élaborer, mettre à jour et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) mesurant l'exécution du plan de production et les livrables, et définir le plan d'amélioration et les actions associées
Implémenter le planning de production validé, défini dans les routines hebdomadaires DPS (Détail Production Schedule) dans le système de production
Autoriser la fabrication en convertissant les ordres de fabrication conformément aux décisions de la routine DPS
Mettre à jour l'outil informatique officiel de planification et d'ordonnancement avec les parties prenantes dédiées
Votre profil:
Un minimum de 10 ans et plus d’expérience dans un poste similaire
Baccalauréat en génie industriel, ou tout autre domaine connexe
Maîtrise des outils de planification
Compréhension de la gestion des stocks
Maîtrise de la suite Google, SAP, Excel et Power BI
Rigueur de travail, esprit d’analyse et sens de la coordination multi-métiers
Bilinguisme français-anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
Excellente capacité de communication et d’influence
