En tant que analyste d'affaires TI, vous aurez à rallier des équipes multidisciplinaires vers une solution commune. Vous aurez à bien identifier les solutions d'affaires pertinentes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Responsabilités
Effectuer la collecte et l’analyse des besoins des utilisateurs;
Identifier des solutions innovatrices aux problématiques rencontrées en collaboration avec les architectes de solutions;
Agir à titre d’expert contenu d’affaires auprès des membres de l’équipe TI pour les analyses fonctionnelles, les analyses d’impact, le développement des stratégies de tests et de déploiements;
Agir comme personne ressource auprès des utilisateurs pour identifier et résoudre les problématiques en cours des initiatives;
Rédiger des spécifications pour l’équipe de développement;
Participer aux essais d’acceptation (préparer le plan d’essais, exécuter les essais, documenter les résultats et les correctifs);
Effectuer le « mapping » de données pour les transformations et/ou utilisations par les secteurs d’affaires;
Agir comme personne contact entre les utilisateurs et développeurs;
Assumer toutes autres tâches demandées par son chargé de projet ou supérieur.
Qualifications
Expérience professionnelle pertinente au niveau de l’analyse, prises de besoin, rédaction de dossiers fonctionnels, spécifications et tests;
Expérience à titre d’analyste d’affaire dans une équipe de développement et/ou d’intégration d’outils informatiques;
Expérience en analyse des besoins dans le cadre de projets de mise en place de systèmes TI complexes, dans un contexte similaire (Nature de projet, contexte technologique et d'affaires);
Maîtrise du SQL;
Connaissance des instruments financiers et/ou du domaine des rendements un atout;
Bonne compréhension de l’organisation, des processus et des systèmes liés à l’activité de gestion d’actifs;
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.

Skills Required
- Relevant professional experience in analysis, requirements gathering, functional documentation, specifications, and testing
- Experience as a business analyst within an IT development or systems integration team
- Experience analyzing requirements for complex IT system implementation projects in a comparable business and technology context
- Mastery of SQL
- Good understanding of organizations, processes, and systems related to asset management
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Knowledge of financial instruments and/or investment returns
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
