Nous sommes à la recherhce d'un(e) Analyste d'affaires IA pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et maintenir l'architecture d'affaires de la direction et documenter les processus opérationnels (cartographie des capacités, processus, flux d'information);

  • Effectuer des évaluations de processus et analyser les données pour l'obtention d'Objectif clé de réussite de la Direction;

  • Définir les modèles d'affaires cibles et produire les dossiers d'opportunités et les dossiers d'affaires pour les solutions d'intelligence artificielle et technologie émergente;

  • Proposer des feuilles de route de transformation TI en lien avec l'intelligence artificielle et innovation TI;

  • Collaborer avec les architectes de solutions et les architectes d'entreprises pour la création de cahier de charge en lien avec les activités de la direction;

  • Participer aux instances de gouvernance de l'IA et de l'innovation TI et contribuer aux décisions de portefeuille;

  • Produire des livrables  (matrice de gestion de risques)   Mettre en place les groupes de travail, en gestion de risques de  l'IA, la documentation et les feuilles de routes;

  • Documenter les processus métier actuels et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration par l'IA;

  • Analyser la faisabilité et la valeur ajoutée des solutions d'intelligence artificielle proposées;

  • Participer à la conception des modèles d'IA et valider leur alignement avec les besoins;

  • Définir les critères de succès et les indicateurs de performance (KPI);

  • Assurer la liaison entre les équipes techniques, cliniques et opérationnelles;

  • Gérer les attentes et communiquer l'avancement aux parties prenantes;

  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes de Santé Québec et les réglementations en santé;

  • Participer à l'évaluation des risques liés à l'IA (biais, éthique, protection des données);

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité et conformité.

Qualifications

  • Détenir diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine de l’administration, analyse d’affaires ou discipline connexe pertinente aux responsabilités et exigences demandées. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu hors Québec;

  • Maitrise en analyse d’affaires, gestion de projet, certification Agile (PMI, Scrum PO) – atout majeur;

  • Minimum SEPT (7) ans en analyse d'affaires;

  • Avoir contribué à DEUX (2) projets technologiques complexes à titre d’analyste d’affaires au cours des CINQ (5) dernières années;

  • Expérience en analyse d'impact organisationnel liée aux processus d’affaires, aux rôles et aux modes de fonctionnement, au sein d’une organisation d’envergure;

  • Maîtrise avancée de la langue française parlée et écrite.

Skills Required

  • University degree in business analysis or a related field
  • 7 years of business analysis experience
  • 3 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience
  • Experience in organization impact analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of French
  • Master's in Business Analysis or Project Management (preferred)
  • Agile certification (PMI, Scrum PO) (preferred)
