Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Analyste d'affaires pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Analyse des besoins d’affaires en vue de la rédaction des dossiers d’opportunités et dossiers d’affaires;
  • Documenter les processus métier actuels et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration par l'IA;
  • Analyser la faisabilité et la valeur ajoutée des solutions d'intelligence artificielle proposées;
  • Évaluer l'impact organisationnel et les changements requis;
  • Traduire les besoins métier en exigences fonctionnelles et non-fonctionnelles;
  • Participer à la conception des modèles d'IA et valider leur alignement avec les besoins;
  • Définir les critères de succès et les indicateurs de performance (KPI);
  • Assurer la liaison entre les équipes techniques, cliniques et opérationnelles;
  • Participer aux sprint planning, revues, rétrospectives;
  • Gérer les attentes et communiquer l'avancement aux parties prenantes
  • Soutenir les tests d'acceptation utilisateur;
  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes de l'organisme et les réglementations en santé;
  • Participer à l'évaluation des risques liés à l'IA (biais, éthique, protection des données);
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité et conformité.

Qualifications

  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite;
  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine de l’administration, analyse d’affaires ou discipline connexe pertinente aux responsabilités et exigences demandées. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu hors du Québec;
  • Maitrise en analyse d’affaires, gestion de projet, certification Agile (PMI, Scrum PO), un atout majeur;
  • Minimum SEPT (7) ans en analyse d'affaires;
  • Avoir TROIS (3) ans d’expérience en gestion de projets Agile/Scrum;
  • Avoir contribué à DEUX (2) projets technologiques complexes à titre d’analyste d’affaires au cours des CINQ (5) dernières années;
  • Expérience en analyse d'impact organisationnel liée aux processus d’affaires, aux rôles et aux modes de fonctionnement, au sein d’une organisation d’envergure;
  • Analyse et documentation des besoins;
  • Modélisation de processus d'affaires; 
  • Rédaction de cas d'utilisation et user stories;
  • Analyse de faisabilité et d'impact organisationnel;
  • Gestion des exigences et traçabilité;
  • Méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Techniques de modélisation (UML, BPMN);
  • Gestion du changement organisationnel;
  • Analyse de risques et mitigation;
  • Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office 365;
  • Outils de collaboration (Teams, Slack);
  • Compréhension des concepts de base de l'IA et du ML;
  • Conscience des enjeux éthiques de l'IA (biais, équité, explicabilité);
  • Connaissance de la réglementation en matière de protection des données;
  • Tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT) pour solutions d'IA;
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la santé – un atout.

Skills Required

  • University bachelor's degree in administration, business analysis, or a related discipline; MIFI equivalency required for degrees obtained outside Quebec
  • Excellent spoken and written French
  • Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience
  • 3 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience
  • Contribution as a business analyst to 2 complex technology projects within the past 5 years
  • Experience with organizational impact analysis involving business processes, roles, and operating models in a large organization
  • Business requirements analysis and documentation
  • Business process modeling
  • Use case and user story writing
  • Feasibility and organizational impact analysis
  • Requirements management and traceability
  • Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Process modeling techniques, including UML and BPMN
  • Organizational change management
  • Risk analysis and mitigation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack
  • Understanding of basic AI and machine learning concepts
  • Awareness of AI ethics, including bias, fairness, and explainability
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations
  • User acceptance testing for AI solutions
  • Master's degree in business analysis or project management, or Agile certification such as PMI or Scrum Product Owner
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
