Au sein de l'équipe Intelligence d'affaires, vous êtes responsable de transformer la base de données auditeurs en opportunités d'affaires concrètes. Votre rôle est de comprendre les comportements de nos auditeurs pour créer des segments à haute valeur et de les activer via nos différentes plateformes publicitaires et marketing. Vous êtes le partenaire clé des équipes de ventes et du contenu.
Responsabilités clés
Stratégie de segmentation : Concevoir des segments d’audience basés sur les comportements (habitudes d'écoute) et les données déclaratives (profils de consommateurs).
Qualification et scoring : Développer des modèles de qualification (engagement, propension) pour enrichir les profils auditeurs.
Activation média : Gérer l'exportation et la synchronisation des segments vers les plateformes d'activation (Google Ad Manager, Triton, Optable, Dialog Insigh).
Analytique de performance : Mesurer l'efficacité des segments (Reach, CTR, conversion) et optimiser les critères de sélection en continu.
Insights d’affaires : Produire des analyses sur les tendances d'audience pour aider les équipes de programmation et de ventes à prendre des décisions éclairées.
Qualifications requises
Baccalauréat en marketing analytique, statistiques ou intelligence d’affaires.
5 ans d'expérience en analyse de données marketing ou publicitaires.
Maîtrise du SQL et des outils de visualisation (Tableau ou Power BI).
Forte compréhension de l'écosystème AdTech (GA4, GAM, Triton Digital, plateformes programmatiques, DMP).
Excellentes capacités de communication et de vulgarisation.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in analytical marketing, statistics, or business intelligence
- 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (GA4, GAM, Triton Digital, programmatic platforms, DMP)
- Excellent communication and simplification skills
