The CRM is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local community leaders by engaging in collaborative activities to mutually benefit the community and OSH. Additionally the CRM is responsible for marketing Oak Street Health to eligible adults by creating relationships with people important to our Medicare population.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
