Job Overview: As a Recruitment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our BPO operations in the telecom sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who possess the skills and expertise necessary to excel in various roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to attract potential candidates with telecom industry experience.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our organizational values.
- Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments and tests, as needed, to evaluate candidates' competency and proficiency in relevant areas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and hiring status using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other relevant tools.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline recruitment processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher or Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the telecom or BPO industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
