About the role

The Lendlease Investment Management business is seeking to hire an experienced Analyst to join the team based in Kuala Lumpur. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports, board papers, and other internal and external communications. Support the development of high-quality, data-driven presentations and respond to ad-hoc reporting needs.

  • Maintain, enhance, and develop robust financial models for existing assets. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of model outputs to support strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct ongoing industry and market research to monitor trends, assess risks, and identify emerging opportunities particularly in the retail market.

  • Perform quantitative analysis of asset performance, including lease renewals, asset enhancement initiatives, sustainability efforts, valuations, and budgeting

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Analyst (or similar), with at least 2 years with a particular focus on real estate investment analysis or asset management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, including strong command of financial formulas and modelling techniques.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
