Summary:
In this role, you will perform complex analyses and research related to supply chain and other focus areas as needed. You will monitor performance and make recommendations regarding potential project opportunities for value and savings across the health system. You will provide monthly status level reporting for goals achievement. You will interact with national and local team to maintain current contract specific understanding and performance status.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of Information to produce repeatable results and identify solutions to complex problems.
- Identify and resolve member pricing discrepancies.
- Proactively determine customer needs; develop and recommend solutions from company portfolio.
- Support contract utilization and compliance to support territory sales and revenue goals.
- Conduct research as determined by the Enterprise Client Manager and supporting internal business units to develop programmatic offerings.
- Interpret trends, regulatory changes, and/or forecasts, and anticipates impact for Member goals.
- Gather and evaluate the quality of purchase data, revenue data, or any hospital-specific information needed to conduct comprehensive cost reduction analyses.
- Design and create data visualizations (charts, graphs, tables, and reports) to support findings and develop high level executive presentations.
- May present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternatives.
- Learn and gain expertise in all Vizient tools to train member staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of related data analysis experience using complex data sets required.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and other data visualization tools such as Tableau, including advanced capabilities in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or additional Business Intelligence platforms preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare consulting, supply chain, pharmacy, strategic sourcing, business development, finance, or decision support preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
