Job Description

The Analyst will be responsible for conducting property site visits, field research, and market surveys. The role involves interacting with local brokers, collecting and maintaining property databases, and preparing valuation workings and detailed valuation reports.

• Conduct site visits of properties and research comparable properties

• Carry out field surveys and interact with local brokers and market participants

• Build and maintain databases for warehouse, residential, and commercial properties

• Prepare valuation calculations and valuation reports

• Ability to conduct field research

• Strong report writing skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Presentable and professional personality

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• 0–1 year of work experience post-education

• Exposure to finance-related domains such as Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Research, or similar sectors is preferred

• Graduate in any discipline

• Report Writing

• Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
