Job Description:
Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to drive business process optimization and fact-based decision-making.
Perform a comprehensive analysis and proactively implement solutions to assess and enhance data quality and data reliability.
Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
Analyze system performance and process to perform optimizations.
Communicate performance status and improvement proposals internally within site base services management for client discussions and alignment.
Support the team on report for measuring KPI, Service Level Agreement and reporting.
Incident and reliability reporting (MTTR, MTBF).
Project-to-service transition & availability modelling.
Root cause analysis & continuous improvement methodologies.
Participation in automation optimization & improvement projects.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the analytics field and share knowledge with the team.
Work effectively with other Engineers, Technicians, and Operational staff.
Thrive in an environment that prioritizes safety above all else.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of prior experience working as an Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Enthusiastic, proactive, driven, and actively seeking opportunities for personal development and growth.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot).
Knowledge on SQL and Oracle database.
Basic scripting or automation (Python, R) for analytics.
Familiar with ticketing and reporting systems for maintenance service.
Client facing and cross-cultural communication skills.
Project management & multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently, adaptability & resilience in dynamic environments.
