Do work that matters
As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving our goal to be #1 in client satisfaction. You’ll gain exposure to sophisticated Commercial Banking clients and high-performing businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
Financial modelling and analysis for Commercial and Business Banking clients
Preparing credit submissions for new facilities and coordinating deal execution
Monitoring performance and conducting annual reviews for existing clients
Reporting financial and operational performance to Risk Management
What we’re looking for
We’re a high-performing, customer-focused team seeking a driven Analyst who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside some of the most skilled Bankers and gain exposure to large, diversified clients. Key capabilities include:
Experience writing and analysing credit transactions, annual reviews, and reporting—ideally within Commercial Banking
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Exposure to Commercial or Business Banking customers and a passion for client service
Well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills with strong commercial acumen
Ability to quickly understand complex transactions; experience with 'new to bank' credit risk is a plus
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce is highly regarded
