About the Role: 

• Responsible for tracking, gathering, processing, analyzing, and updating the relevant Philippine real estate market data and property information consisting of C&W property databases; 
• Participate in the preparation and distribution C&W’s regular Philippine property market studies, briefings, publications, presentations, press releases, commentaries and analyses, among others; 
• Participate in the preparation of commissioned market research, consulting & advisory reports and related technical/financial proposals of projects of interests and within the scope of services offered by C&W and to the needs of its clients;
• Assist and be able to lend support to business development initiatives and actions of RCAS in the Philippines, as well as provide support to the various requirements of C&W global and regional offices; of RCAS;
• Assimilate property market-related information to prepare and present market presentations that will be used for presenting to prospective and existing clients, as well as to internal stakeholders as may be requested; 
• Provide assistance in interpreting data and writing relevant quarterly market reports, related (draft) press releases, as well as the various thought-leading publications, whitepapers and special reports of C&W; 
• Provide assistance in other areas and perform other tasks that the management may assign to carry out the main responsibilities of the RCAS department of C&W Philippines. 

About You: 

• Demonstrates an understanding of the Philippine property market, or at least able to learn quickly. 
• Familiarity with business and technical writing, particularly for formal/academic research reports and supported by above-average written and spoken communication (English, professional) skills; confidence in public speaking, an advantage. 
• Knowledge in drafting and presenting effective presentation/slides to the management and clients; above-average knowledge in design program software (such as Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw, PowerBI or AutoCAD) , an advantage 
• Can work independently and produce required deliverables under strict timeline and deadlines 
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 
• Knowledge in using statistical tools (such as SPSS, Stata, Gretl, EViews, R or Minitab) would be an advantage. 
• Passionate for accuracy, responsible and possesses pro-active mindset 
• Confident in his or her numeracy skills 
• Ability to perform well under pressure, managing competing agendas 
• Ability to build and develop strong effective relationships 
• A motivated team player who can support a multi-specialty team 
• Dynamic, possesses strong initiative and creative thinker coupled with an orientation to drive results through creative problem solving, process and rigor. 
• Exceptional flexibility and adaptability 
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail 
• Bachelor’s degree required - background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accountancy or equivalent - completion of post graduate studies, an advantage 
• New graduates (with exceptional demonstration of the required skills), but minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry and other related fields (such as finance, investment brokerage and management, preferred. 
• Must be able to engage others effectively in a matrix organization environment – up, down, laterally, and through 
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills 
• Critical and analytical thinking skills are key to success 
• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
