Summary:

In this role, you will ensure the collection, review, maintenance and quality of hospital-based healthcare data adhering to Vizient’s data specifications for Vizient’s Procedural Analytics tool. You will manage the operating room (OR) and other procedural department's data submissions as well as work with raw data from member's databases to review and confirm the data quality of Procedural Analytics data submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of data submissions into Vizient's clinical database, collaborating with implementing members to meet Vizient’s standards for data intake and quality review.
  • Conduct manual reviews of reports to identify and address data integrity concerns, providing guidance to enhance data quality.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to manage submission issues and expectations effectively.
  • Support the delivery of customized analyses by leveraging both internal and external data sources, including structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Present actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on thorough analysis and insights.
  • Lead periodic data specification reviews with member stakeholders and incorporate best practices into data source identification and analysis.
  • Track and provide daily updates to the project management team via project management software while monitoring multiple data processing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational database software applications.
  • Relevant experience in clinical/supply data management and quality reporting outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in healthcare data management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet rigorous deadlines.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
