• Plan and design test approaches according to business requirements
• Define test cases (positive and negative) according to acceptance criteria
• Consult with the product owners and business analyst to define user acceptance tests
• Participate in testing effort estimates and actuals to deliver stories /features
• Undertake testing activities as required in relation to software solutions ensuring they meet agreed specifications
• Coach, mentor & guidance of other team members & continuous skill uplift across the asset
• Participate in relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective, User acceptance tests
• Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive an Automation led approach for system, SIT and unit testing
• Incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Over 3 years Technology experience in functional Testing
• Application Knowledge: FirstVision, Cards Platform, Cards Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS), Vision+, batch management
• Experience in Credit card products and its lifecycle (Statement processing, interest calculations)
• Instalments and Balance Transfers, Hardships and Collections, Fraud, 3DS, Disputes
• Payments: Direct Debits, BPAY, NPP
• Software Delivery technical skills – creating test scenarios, test execution, defect analysis, SIT support, pre-prod preparation and prod change management, requirements management, vendor management
• Experience on Tools such as JIRA / Rally /Quest, Simulators: VTS, MAS and Paysim
• Experience in Automation: API, Web using
Qualification Requirements
Tertiary qualification in technology related degree

Skills Required
- More than 3 years of technology experience in functional testing
- Experience with FirstVision, Cards Platform, Cards Schemes, Vision+, and batch management
- Knowledge of credit card products and lifecycle processes, including statement processing and interest calculations
- Experience with instalments, balance transfers, hardships and collections, fraud, 3DS, and disputes
- Knowledge of payments including Direct Debits, BPAY, and NPP
- Software delivery experience covering test scenarios, test execution, defect analysis, SIT support, pre-production preparation, production change management, requirements management, and vendor management
- Experience with JIRA, Rally, Quest, VTS, MAS, and Paysim
- Experience with API and web automation testing
- Tertiary qualification in a technology-related degree
