Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

Experience

• 3-7 years of overall experience
• Experience in Third Party Risk and/or Procurement highly desirable
• Project management skills highly desirable
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and/or Archer preferred
• Knowledge of APRA prudential standards preferred

Essential Capabilities

• Excellent understanding of the End-to-End Supplier Lifecycle processes
• Stakeholder management 
• Expert skills in communicating with influence across stakeholders
• Risk Management

Other Capabilities

• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver right outcomes

Qualification Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline is highly desirable.

Key Accountabilities

• Provides direction on what processes and assessments are required based on business needs
• Provides advice to the business on the lead times required to meet deadlines 
• Key contact to provide guidance and support on any stage of the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process for division(s) responsible for.
• Provides coaching and training to stakeholders to uplift understanding of existing or new processes within the end-to-end supplier lifecycle
• Continuous improvements within the end-to-end supplier lifecycle
• Participation in training sessions and other various forums as required
