Responsible for handling payment-related requests, escalations, and investigations across international, domestic, and direct debit transactions. The role ensures timely resolution of payment issues, compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and close coordination with internal teams and global stakeholders. The position also supports process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce manual exceptions, and improve client experience.
